The coolest way to maintain consistency!!

Image
I made my own technique which helped me to make or break a habit. Basically, I made it to come out of my procrastinating habits. So let's see You just need a paper and a pen:) First of all give a small title to the habit you want to make like for studying 6 hours a day write STUDY( 6 HRS) Isn't it looking to simple till now? So let's start, every day you study 6 hours mark a dot on the sheet like this After one week it will look like this Some people will think what will these small dots do with my habits, but the more these dots will increase , the more it will attract you to follow the habit, just Don't Break the Chain . If you break the chain then you have to start from beginning . So when these dots will increase, you will get attracted to follow it After one month, it will look like this After 3 months it will look like this, now it has became your permanent habit 🎊 But still, continue doing it, at the end of one year you will be proud of yourself and it will look...

The coolest way to stop Animal hunting!

Image
What is the coolest, or most innovative new thing you've seen on the web lately? This: In Africa, pink dye is being used (the same used to mark stolen banknotes) and a mix of pesticides to color the fangs of some animals. This coloring and chemical composition makes ivory and keratin unsaleable to most poachers as it is impossible to completely cleanse them of that substance. The animals are absolutely not harmed and poaching takes a painful blow.

A Japanese man who changed Afghanistan!

Image
What kind of people make you ashamed to be a human being? This is Dr. Tetsu Nakamura, a Japanese doctor who spent decades of his life helping people in Afghanistan. Recently, Nakamura aged 73 was shot dead alongside five of his colleagues when gunmen ambushed their car. Dr. Nakamura settled in eastern Afghanistan for decades. He arrived in the region in 1984 to treat refugees and people suffering from leprosy disease. He helped to build a 70-bed hospital and several clinics. Dr. Tetsu Nakamura said: “As a doctor, nothing is better than healing patients and sending them happy to their home.” Later, he had devoted his life to improving the conditions of war-stricken Afghan people, particularly the peasants. For that, he needed to help people eat better food and drink clean water, so he assisted villagers in digging wells. He drew on a wide variety of Japanese methods to channel a 25-mile canal. It transformed a vast stretch of desert into forest and wheat fields. Dr. Tetsu Nakamura...

The mantra of life lessons!

What can I learn/know right now in 10 minutes that will be useful for the rest of my life? “I hope that people will finally come to realize that there is only one ‘race’ – the human race – and that we are all members of it.” – Margaret Atwood

How an Afghanistani man educate her daughter?

Image
What is something that completely blows your mind? Meet Mia Khan. He travels 12 km on motorbike every day to get his three daughters to their school and then waits some hours for the school’s dismissal bell to take his daughters back to home. This has now become a routine for him. “I am illiterate, and my daughter's education is very valuable to me for there are no female doctors in our place. It is my greatest desire to educate my daughters like my sons.” he says. Sitting in typical school classroom while presenting lectures. It may be common for you guys, but it is strange here in Afghanistan where society practices misogyny and thinks women are not worthy of being more than housekeepers. A man who resides in Paktika, where misogyny is highly pronounced, considers educating his daughters a duty is something that blew my mind.

Morals from the Aspirants series

Image
What morals do we get from the TVF web series "Aspirants"? Which character do you like the most in Aspirants? Spoilers Ahead. Here are my takeaways from ‘Aspirants’. Episode 1 In this episode Abhilash struggles to choose his optional. He already knows that he is good at history but lot of free advices from people confuses him more. What I have learned is that - We already have answers to the most of our questions. We keep sitting and search for answers. The noice around us sometimes mutes the voice which is inside of us. We just need to listen the voice that is screaming inside us. There are lot of people who will demoral you but you gotta do what your heart says. Episode 2 In this episode, Abhilash thinks that just because teacher has not cleared the exam, how can he guide him properly. What I believe here is, the people who succeed will tell you success stories but people who have failed will tell you what you don't need to do. They may not always be right but they ha...
